Learn & connect with the Community of Practice
Being responsible for responding to reports and culture change can feel isolating. It doesn’t have to be. The Culture Shift Community of Practice is an exclusive benefit for our customers, designed to bring together professionals working to create safer, more inclusive organisations. It’s a space where you can step outside your day-to-day role, connect with peers who understand the challenges, and gain practical insight you can actually use.

Online Community Network
Your always-on space for connection, questions, and shared learning - ensuring you have access to support whenever you need it, wherever you are.
Because doing this work in isolation is hard and unnecessary
Your work is nuanced, sensitive, and often high pressure - trying to navigate it alone slows progress and can increase risk. The Community of Practice gives you access to a trusted network of people facing the same challenges, so you can sense-check decisions, share experiences, and learn what works in real organisations. By joining our Community, you will:
- Learn from real-world experiences across organisations
- Gain practical ideas you can apply immediately
- Build confidence in handling complex and sensitive issues
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, legislation, and best practice
This isn’t just professional development, it’s your ongoing support network.
Hear from our members
We're pretty biased, so here's what some of our Community members have to say...
"They curate a community of users and draw on our experiences and skills to improve the platform, holding in person community sessions each year as well as monthly online sessions that allow us to come together and discuss trends and issues we may be having. This is, perhaps, the most unique aspect of Culture Shift, and one that sets them apart from other systems."

"The conference, the community of practice, the online community of practice - it genuinely is about creating societal change and shifting that culture."
Wellbeing and Prevention Support
"It's the added elements of working with Culture Shift which are a real benefit, such as the community of practice events and having the opportunity to regularly talk with others in the sector."
