ABOUT CULTURE SHIFT

Get to know Culture Shift

Culture Shift helps organisations create safer, more supportive environments where people feel able to speak up and confident they’ll be heard. We bring together reporting tools, training, and community so that misconduct isn’t just recorded - it’s understood, addressed, and prevented. We work with organisations that want to move beyond policy alone and build cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and early action.

Why we exist

Our purpose is grounded in a simple belief: safer, more supportive environments don’t happen by chance - they’re built through action, accountability, and the confidence to speak up.

Our vision

A world of work and study that is safe, happy, and supportive for everyone, everywhere.

Our purpose

We exist to transform organisational cultures, ensuring everyone feels a sense of belonging - and the confidence to speak up when they don’t.

The challenge

Unchecked workplace misconduct creates serious risk. When concerns go unheard or unresolved, issues regularly escalate into regulatory investigations, whistleblowing, reputational harm and even legal action. The earlier organisations can listen and respond, the safer their people become.

OUR SOLUTION

What we do

We help organisations build safer cultures through technology, training, and ongoing support that turns insight into action.

Report + Support™ Platform

Our platform gives people a safe, accessible way to raise concerns and ensures every report is captured, managed, and resolved consistently. It creates clear, auditable case records and provides meaningful insight into patterns and risks. With real-time analytics, organisations can identify emerging issues early, take proactive steps, and demonstrate accountability. It also supports compliance expectations, including taking “all reasonable steps” to prevent harm and respond effectively when concerns are raised.

Training Academy

Our Training Academy builds the confidence and capability needed to prevent issues before they escalate. It goes beyond tick-box learning, focusing on real behaviours, real scenarios, and real responsibility. From identifying early warning signs to handling disclosures and strengthening everyday workplace behaviours, our training helps teams and leaders create safer, more inclusive environments in practice, not just principle.
